I am a NYS Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Mental Health Counseling therapist-in-training who would like to better understand your needs and support you on this wellness journey. I work with children to navigate challenging feelings & behaviors and I help parents increase their attachment/connection with their children 0-9. I work with adults who struggle with finding time for self-care, self-love, anxiety or navigating difficult life transitions. My focus areas with adults include help with increasing self-awareness, building new relationships, coping skills, family dynamics, career stress, stress management, managing burnout, employee wellness, finding a career path, relationship challenges and pregnancy.
