I am so glad you're here. My name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. You have taken the hardest step in reaching out and we will work together to see that you cultivate a life for you and your family that you don't have to run or hide from. In addition to traditional talk therapy, we will utilize proven modalities to create healthy change including Sandtray Therapy and Digital Play Therapy. You are in control and we go at your pace. I want to provide a safe space for you to be authentically you, to explore patterns and coping skills, and create a life that you brings authentic joy. Play Therapy is my jam! I use play and sandtray therapy with clients of all ages (in addition to traditional talk therapy). Specializing in attachment based models working with adopted children and families, adult adoptees, and neurodivergent populations. My goal is for you to walk away from session one with hope that tomorrow will be better. As we continue to work together, my hope and goal is that you will live a life that is rewarding and authentic to who you are.
