I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I specialize in working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, depression and anxiety. My experience includes providing therapy, trainings, facilitating support groups and case management services in various community mental health and public-school settings. I have served as a mental health consultant at Richmond Area Multi-services in San Francisco and currently serve as a Child and Adolescent Therapist at Children's Health Council. I maintain a client-centered approach and integrate a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, trauma-informed care and mindfulness-based interventions to address specific challenges.
